“Some di**head hit the rear door on my Audi and cowardly left without a note. I took it to Tom and he gave me a reasonable quote. The intricate details of curvature and edges were crumbled and the paint was cracked. Tom told me it would be ready in 3 days but to call ahead a day early. The car was done in 2 days and the door now looks like brand new. The reflections in the paint are flawless. His guys are real craftsmen. He told me that he had under quoted the job and I would have been happy to split the difference with him but he refused. It is good to find an honest guy who stands by his word and delivers top quality craftsmanship. I usually do not recommend anybody, but have absolutely no reservations for this shop. “My car was hit in the rear, and crunched the frame of my car, like an accordion. The bumper was cracked bad, and the back doors wouldn't open anymore because they were pushed together to the frame of the car. I was referred by my mom's friend to take my car here, and I am happy I took his advice. They fixed it all. There is no way possible you can tell I was in a car accident. They finished the car a week earlier than quoted. Tom is the owner I take it and he took the time to explain the steps it will take to get my car back and running. It's a black car and I ran over a semi tire on 94 messing up the bottom of my car pretty good. He made sure to show me everything and walked me through the process. I am very picky about my car and he was truly great at listening and explaining everything. He has great people skills and understands how important it is to do good work. I would highly recommend his services, from ding removal (which he also did for me) to paint work. My car is black and had a fender with a scratch that needed sanding and re-spray. The car came back looking perfect. He even washed and vacuumed the inside. Went over and above. I will be back (hopefully not soon!).”
